For one of our clients we are seeking to meet candidates for the position of HSE Manager.
The assignment is based in France and duration can be limited when needed.

Position

Our client is looking for a dedicated HSE manager with overall responsibility for HSE directly reporting to the Senior Country Manager.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain HSE management systems and HSE plans
• Ensure training and implementation of the HSE Management System
• Provide guidance and advice to Management and Project Teams to ensure improvement at all levels
• Manage the HSE Audit & Review schedule
• Execute HSE Health checking & self-assessment
• Execute HSE compliance audits and monitor & ensure follow-up and close-out of all HSE actions, including projects.
• Ensure development of Safety Cases to meet the French and EU regulatory requirements
• Support HS&E input to monitoring & control of contractors
• Undertake appropriate contractor HSE audits & inspections
• Ensure that any incidents that occur are investigated and suitably closed out
• Steer and supervise where required; development safety case, safety studies and operational HSE activities.

Requirements

• Good command of French or native speaker
• Willing to work in France permanently or
• BSC/MSC with min. 10 years experience
• Relevant on-/offshore experience
• Experience with HSE management of Contractors
• Experience with Safety Case development
• Preferably experience with both French and EU legislation.

Remuneration package
